Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Cost: Free for orders over $50
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items are in original condition with all packaging and documentation.
  • Products with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
  • Incorrect items shipped by our warehouse.
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Special order motors and custom-configured units.
  • Belt Drive motors showing signs of installation or use.
  • Draft Inducer Venter Motors once removed from original packaging.
  • Products with removed safety tags or altered serial numbers.
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse.

Return Process – Step by Step

  1. Submit Return Request: Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order using the provided template below.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Items Securely: Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  4. Ship to Our Warehouse: Send the items to our Albuquerque facility at your expense.
  5. Inspection & Processing: We will inspect the returned items within 2-3 business days.
  6. Refund or Exchange: Choose between a refund to the original payment method or a product exchange.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days and appear on your statement in 5-10 business days.
  • Original Payment Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fees for eligible returns.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
