Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Items in original condition with all packaging and documentation
  • Products with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping
  • Incorrect items shipped by our warehouse
  • Returns initiated within 15 days of receiving your order

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Special order motors and custom-configured units
  • Belt Drive motors that show signs of installation or use
  • Draft Inducer Venter Motors once removed from original packaging
  • Products with removed safety tags or altered serial numbers
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Return Process – Step by Step

  1. Submit Return Request: Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package Items Securely: Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
  4. Ship to Our Warehouse: Send to our Albuquerque facility at your expense
  5. Inspection & Processing: We’ll inspect items upon receipt (2-3 business days)
  6. Refund or Exchange: Choose between refund to original payment method or product exchange

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days, appear on your statement in 5-10 business days
  • Original Payment Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fees for eligible returns
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error
